Bharti Airtel to issue 7.1 crore shares to Google on a preferential basis, at ₹734 per share

As part of this partnership, Google intends to invest up to $1 billion in Bharti Airtel, as part of its Google for India Digitization Fund,   Avaneesh Parasar Telecom major  Bharti Airtel  informed that its board of directors at its meeting held today have approved the issuance of upto 7.1 crore equity shares of face value of ₹5/- each of the company to Google International LLC on a preferential basis at a price of ₹734/- per equity share. Google will invest up to $1 billion in a partnership with Airtel as part of its Google for India Digitization Fund.   TPG-backed Landmark Cars is India’s biggest seller of premium vehicles of automakers Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Honda and Fiat Chrysler. Dogecoin jumps after Elon Musk announces that Tesla will accept the meme coin

  On Friday, electric-vehicle maker Tesla began accepting Dogecoin, a dog-themed cryptocurrency, as payment for some merchandise on its website.  Avaneesh Parasar “Tesla merch buyable with Dogecoin,” Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted on Friday. After Dogecoin appeared as a payment option on the Tesla website, the price of Dogecoin surged by 11%.
